Thanks to you, and the funds from Loblaw’s green bag initiative, National Sweater Day has been a huge success. And remember, WWF and Loblaw want you to keep conserving energy to make the world a better place for your grandchildren! Oh, and if you got a call, find it below!
Sweater Count:

On Feb 9th, put on your favourite sweater and turn the heat down a few degrees to help WWF
take action against climate change, and work toward a sustainable future.
By rethinking how we use energy and how much we use, we can make a big impact on climate change.
If every Canadian lowered the heat a few degrees this winter, it'd be like taking 300,000 vehicles off the road!
So wear that sweater and make the world a better place for your Grandchildren.

Loblaw and WWF
Since 2009, WWF and Loblaw have worked toward a sustainable future, encouraging citizens to take action and reduce their personal footprint. From lowering the heat, to driving less, to choosing sustainably-sourced food, collaborative initiatives help Canadians become more aware of their actions. National Sweater Day is supported through partial proceeds of Loblaw's national Charge-for-Plastic-Bags program, which has reduced the number of plastic bags in stores by 2.5 billion since 2007.
Last year over 300 organizations, and even George Strombolopoulous, took part in National Sweater Day. And this year is even bigger! Check out all that’s happening here.
